Telehealth Standard Session (up to 55 minutes long): $180

Telehealth Fertility / Infertility Session: (up to 55 minutes long): $200

Payment Methods: Credit Card, Debit Cards, FSA / HSA Cards
Note: Payment for each session is due before your next scheduled appointment, or within two weeks of the date of service, whichever comes first.

Balance of Mind, LLC does not currently accept insurance; however, we are actively working toward becoming credentialed with insurance providers. We will provide an announcement as soon as credentialing is complete and insurance coverage becomes available.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours, as well as missed appointments / no shows, will be subject to a $75 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
