Standard Session: $180 per session
Fertility / Infertility Rate: $200 per session
Balance of Mind LLC is currently working on Insurance Credentialing. We will provide an announcement once accepted insurance providers are finalized.
Cancelation / No Show Policy:
We understand that life happens and schedules sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to a $75 fee.
